WEATHER-RESISTANT WAX CANVAS RIDER COAT
WOODLANDS LINING

This coat is constructed with the silhouette of Ginew's Wax Canvas Rider Coat and inspired by co-founder Amanda Bruegl's grandfather and early Harley Davidson® motorcycle club jackets. The rider coat pays homage to him, who commuted weekly from the Mohican Indian Reservation to weld for Harley Davidson® during the 1950's and 1960's. When you wear it, you are wearing a coat built to honor a life and his characteristics and values: Resilience; Bravery, Honesty, Dedication + Toughness.

The coat is made of 9 oz herringbone wax canvas, custom quilted satin sleeve lining, custom Ginew® hardware, and features a modern fit. It features two front side pockets and two front chest pockets. Each coat is constructed in the USA.

Modifications from numerous Wisconsin moto-club jackets of the era have been incorporated into one coat. We slimmed the sides, lengthened the back, and extended the arms. Go ahead - try to wear it out.
