WHY IS AIRLUME RINGSPUN COTTON SO COZY? 

Cotton is grown, then it goes through a cleaning process which is called combing. After combing, it is then spun. Cotton can have many types of textures based on how well it's combed (if particulates are left behind, it can create inferior material). The more it is cleaned, the higher the quality. 

After the cotton has been combed, the spinning occurs. You've probably noticed how different cotton products can feel from one another. Much of this is based on the type of cotton, how well the cotton is combed, and finally the type of spinning the cotton goes through. It becomes softer and softer the more it is spun.

Airlume cotton is a high-quality combed, ringspun cotton. It goes through a long  intense combing process to remove impurities. Then it is spun into long-staple cotton strands (cheaper material uses small strands). This entire process produces ultra soft, very comfortable and smooth fabric... that is also durable.
